Ok - so I watched this ep (having watched the first part last week on IPlayer cos ma got her wires crossed and didn't record it for us while we were in the car coming up from Bournemouth.) and I just had to get a few of my thoughts about it out. ( thoughts on doctor who - s4 - episode 9 )

I badly need more icon space - and to find some good heroes icons....

LOL - yup - i am a lazy bugger - the most I've done this week - despite various impending deadlines? two hours in the library y-day on my dissertation and a page and a half on Bellerophon falling the night before - slight *meep*

I have however now fully discovered a new shiny show - namely heroes - I'm up to the end of episode 12 'Godsend' and battling not to finish watching the reminder today....
I have to say, I am much more taken with this show than I thought I would be, but not by much, as I have always been one for the love of super powers *hangs head*
Being normal sucks! *lol*

The third episodes of House s3 and Shark s1 respectively were good last night - through House wasn't as good as it has been but on the upside the preview for the next episode?? *mini-squee* The only thing that made it feel worse?? The adverts for THAT episode of Grey's *meep* - damn you TPTB!!
I have no doubt it will be a good episode, but it's just *sighs* yeah. I won't be watching it sunday - due to me being behind on Grey's, I got two more tapes from mum y-day, but I don't think they'll run up to last weeks grey's - due to it being CSI, NCIS s3 and Grey's s2 - so I'll be watching it...in a few weeks - maybe when the parents are down in a week. And when I watch it? *eep* why did they have to steal?? why?!?

OH well - shall have to decide on an island (to compare Arran to - that has enough evidence to use for my case) then I can finialise the ebil Research Proposal before bothering da to help me make project work - and then focus on Bellerophon falling....and remember my graphics *nods* must remember graphics....

Myself, charlies_dragon, her brother (a very skeptical brother at that) and teapot_women went to the second/first (6.30) screening of A Dog's Breakfast on Thursday.
And what can I say, besides, wow. There's a film I have sooooo got to get on DVD. Plus we all loved it - even the brother!

Am Procrastinating. Can't really be bothered with the group assignment we have to do - and can't get into it because it doesn't make sense (the case studies do) but everything else that has been posted thus far makes no sense - and am not sure how relevant it is to the question *sighs* bugger.
am now considering posting the rather short prologue to the C/D fic i'm working on - but i think i'll wait till part one is finished - then do a duel post and move onto part two.

Am feeling a little stupid - in the light of somehow managing to sleep through *four* alarms - *head desk* - and missing the first episode of Robin of Sherwood AND the first two and a half hours of work *sighs*. It's been years since i've done that!!!
PLUS there's the fact that of all the days for me to do it, it WOULD be my last day before xmas, the day that i have to dress up (heroes themed - i did Rogue....but most ppl thought Storm *sighs*) and that i'm telling the boss that i can't take the extension that they gave me. Ok so i only got 13 days, unlike everyone else (most of them at least) who got a whole month, but *meh*
I'm stressed (less than y-day, so something might get done *fingers crossed*), waiting on the betaing of the prologue and i keep almost crying everytime i think/talk about the mob!!
I blame Tala, if she would stop barking at the phone.... *pouts* i miss having seven furry bodies around. Even if said furry bodies are all completely insane.

I did manage to see one of the episodes of Robin of Sherwood (five i was originally planning to - but it is my own fault!!) - and all i can say is young!jason connery!!! lol. Plus HERNE!! lol. Also - today's ep of the new Robin Hood *sniffs* - damn BBC!! It was good but sad. *sighs*
Torchwood tomorrow!!!

No internet at home - am borrowing presently at a friends house - one fic is almost done, as is a mix, both of which shall be posted (fingers crossed) in a week or so, betaed and zipped as appropriate!
Watched Torchwood on sunday for once *squee*! and we went to see 'starter for ten' at the cinema on weds - ( look behind the cut for reviewness )

Today seems like it's been much longer than it has (she says at ten past two in the morning *lol*) - we had our one lecture, Aztec Mythology, twas interesting, but wayyyy too vague *sighs* i so have to do some research on the whole ages of the sun thing.... also, i need to work on that reflective report i have due monday :S still don;t know how to actually do it, but, i have to.
An hour after the lecture i had a three hour training period at work, it was nice, no customers, and i made a new friend, she only works in the week, but she's nice. Also found out that i have three more weeks of said training to go *head desk*
I then ran off to charlie's dragon and spent a good few hours talking and watching the latest Torchwood episode....
