This week has been weird. Work has been crazy busy as it's half term so there have been masses of visitors.

The gas got cut off in the village (and the villages either side)midday thursday - but no one thought to actually tell us this until over a day after the incident *face palms* (we kinda figured it out when the heating wasn't working, and the cooker had no gas....) - thankfully it didn't get tooo cold

One of the next door neighbours fled pre-eviction and deserted her cats (her landlord has been around, and knows about the cats, but has done nothing, unsurprising sadly as when she moved out she....abandoned her cat *face palms*) - we are currently feeding the poor little dears and trying to figure out the next step (we don't have room for another three cats sadly)

And the San Diego Comic Con ticket system is frustrating as hell. Anyone wanting to attend, it really is pot luck and everything sells out via random system within an hour (you get warnings for four out of five days being sold out then it just closes) . Will be trying again next year, but *pokes* - I know why the system is how it is, it's just frustrating. Was amused by the waiting room messages though.

I still need to send two emails that I have debating on and off, but really do need to be sent.

So yes - a strange week - and two posts from me in a week ;) - hope people are good.

Ok - so no costume this year (I was defeated by the leatherette section of the top *pouts* will be trying again though - with the spare fabric - but not in time for this weekend) - but am off to Pegasus Four in London this weekend *bounces*

Can't wait to see flubber2kool and fififolle again - and will be stopping to see charlies_dragon on the way out to Heathrow.

But yes am excited and nervous about this weekend - plus kavan, paul and chuck *bounces*
