It's illegal to be drunk in possession of a cow in scotland *blinks* gotta wonder how old that law is, and when, exactly (and why) it was created. lol.
Further laws include -
- It is legal for a male to urinate in public, as long it is on the rear wheel of his motor vehicle and his right hand is on the vehicle. Tell that to the police officer next time you’re caught outside Jesters...
- In Chester you can only shoot a Welsh person with a bow and arrow inside the city walls and after midnight.
- Watch it when you’re in Hereford though. You may not shoot a Welsh person on Sunday with a longbow in the Cathedral Close
- In York, excluding Sundays, it is perfectly legal to shoot a Scotsman with a bow and arrow. (Do you sense a trend here? - Ed)
- In Liverpool it is illegal for a woman to be topless in public except as a clerk in a tropical fish store.

yeah - the english, didn't have a thing about defending the borders from invaders...honest. lol.
Also - the scots - completey against Danny's comments in Cor-ai - have crimes for which you are presumed guilty, and proved innocent.
for other such laws (including one about carrots...) see the following -
http://www.mundayweb.com/weirdlaws.php#britain
and as a note - some of these were actually discussed in my law classes. lol. so some are still true. Why? cos the parliament apparently have too much on their hands creating new laws, to go back and invalidate the old ones very often. Which is very silly considering it means that some more recent moves, such as the whole treason being done away with/reduced, hasn't quite done what they wanted it to do. lol.
