weaselettlol - last night was fun - managed yet again to manage to avoid that evil 'drunk out of your head stage' unlike all but one of the rest of my 'social' group - people had to be reminded of where they live, and that it really was midnight - lol
i have never been around so many drunks - normally there is at least three other sober people to help with the herding and checking that all is well - even back in the days when no one was really legal and it was *cool* to be hammered - lol.
the band was really good - most of us now have a whole new respect for the lecturers (not especially in my case - due to having heard a lot of stories about them already!) - there were many headaches during the three hours of practicals today - and of course, checking of what people do remember and what i don't! Always fun *grins evilly*
Sadly no writing done as yet - i tried - but i really don't have faith in my head right for Inspired and it is sooo weird not having Als to write for in Ties that bind!! he's always been my fall boy for Eternal Realms, so its a HUGE challenge for me - which is good but kinda bad cos i miss having him there! :( Haven't even attmepted Connections - will wait faithfully until i have at least season one on hand (santa be nice this year!), but i may make another attempt on Hope and destiny before sunday, which is the train journay that i am determined will be left for getting Ties that bind off the mark properly- unless i get the urge to write something original and non-fan fic heaven forbid - lol almost 5 hours on a train - maybe more if i end up on a coach part of the way cos of damn track repairs! lol
