So the Leverageland Challenge 15 was to recast the crew - and at first I thought 'I know I'll genderbend them', then I thought, no, 'I'll switch POC and Non', and then because I am crazy I decided to do merge the two(aka Hardison is a girl and white, Eliot is a girl and a POC etc).

The pictures are behind a cut to save people's friends' lists.

Whoopi Goldberg as Natalie Ford (formerly Nate Ford) (I know she's older than tim, but she is awesome (plus, POC actresses his age? few and far between) she has range people - I considered alfre woodward, but she's too old)

Oded Fehr/Michael Weatherly or as Stephen Devereaux (formerly Sophie Devereaux) (Yes, I have two possiblies - partly because I'm never entirely certain if Gina counts as a POC or not though I have seen her in POC castings many a time - I like the idea of Oded more than Michael, just slightly - but both would be do a brilliant job)

Sara Ramirez as Eliot Spencer (I love chris Knae, but this girl would make an awesome hitter (plus she ain't tiny and delicate))

Ellen Page as Alex Hardison (formerly Alec Hardison) (Others I considered where Tina Majorina or Kristen Bell, but I decided on Ellen - yeah I know I typecast her, but she would be awesome as Hardison)

Alimi Ballard as Parker (I cast them all in the same age range - and I heart alimi like anything, and based on his work on Dark Angel, I'm sure he could pull off parker :))

Sophie Okonedo as Jamie Sterling (formerly James Sterling) (I ADORE Mark, I do, but it's fun recasting stuff ;) - sophie is amazing and I think she would play well off whoopi, tim and sara)

Tim Kang as Mark Collins (formerly Maggie Collins) (so I was badly tempted to leave Maggie as a girl, but I resisted - I love Tim from the mentalist, and I think he'd play an interesting Male version of Maggie)

Shemar Moore as Tom Cole (formerly Tara Cole) (ok, so I'm new to criminal minds, and I'm kinda in love with him *coughs* - he has the attitude to play a male tara along the lines of Jeri's Tara)
