weaselettSorry for the radio silence - had a nice first two weeks of July in California, got back and entered the craziness to prepare for stuff at the end of July.
Friday was the day that we installed, and I was intending today's post to be semi upbeat - but then got a message this afternoon saying people had taken it all down. And we have no idea who. So....yeah :/ (Yarn art/storm installation - so hours of work between us to make tree cozies and bench cozies....and it's all gone. Am unimpressed. These things happen, but last year's installation survived, and that was bigger and some in dodger places. So yeah.)
On a lighter note - we got a new washing machine as the old one died - and my dog is convinced there is something living in it (it sings a ending song - which she replied to earlier). I will post some of my many animal pics from California at some point this week :)
And belated happy birthdays to:medie, dragonsinger, hamsterwoman, place_to_hide, sorrowfulskies, philstar22, flubber2kool mergana and anyone else I missed *hugs*
