weaselettSo my work placement is finished (no more Roman pot sherds to catalog *yay*) and I am free to write for the next two weeks or so.
After that I have eight/nine days on the road as I'm off up to Scotland (Arran and Argyll) to explore some old places and look at sheep. It is also very likely that I will be camping for said days *looks worried* which should make for a interesting time *lol*

I can't do this properly - but behind the cut are my seven
1. I always set myself high aims on crafty projects - as testified by my coursework pieces from high school and my present plans to make a patchwork eeyore cushion and a doctor who scarf (I have to figure out how to do proper patchwork and remember how to knit *g*)
2. My dad rarely calls me by my given name - it's almost always 'Weasel' - and he can't really remember why.
3. I have always wanted to have a lot of kids - but I blame the decision to have them in multiples (twins/triplets) on the Chalet School books *g*
4. I'm the most accident prone person I know - but not usually in normal ways - as testified by the fact I managed to burn myself on a toaster and almost strangle myself with a safety net *g*
5. I hate stickers - it's not a phobia as such as I can use them etc - I just don't like them on me. If someone puts an apple sticker thing on me I freak. *nods*
6. I kiss all of my pets on the head (apart from the fish cos - man they're fish! lol) and taught the ginger cat to rub noses with people.
7. I play with my hair - a lot - when I'm thinking or bored - or have nothing to do with my hands.
bonus - due to me not being able to tag peeps *g* - 8. I gesture with my hands and my eyebrows. It's a thing and it's annoys people - but I can't help it - it's a completely subconscious thing - raising the one eyebrow on command is damned hard - yet I do it automatically as a part of certain expressions. *is weird*
