Mid December

So - things keep coming up and putting me off posting :(

The road through the village is finally fully open again (I was doing twice my normal daily commute, urgh) - though we still have on and off flood warnings (they could only do a temp fix due to the waterlogged ground, and continued rain)

Last friday one of our cats was the victim of some arsehole of a person - he had to rest before he could have the required surgery, but thankfully he seems to be recovering. He's now a one eyed pirate cat, but he's alive - we hope no complications occur.

I will post - finally - the rest of my california pics this weekend - plus some castle pictures from the november trip.
