i suck at subject lines *g*

Secondly - Earthquake, which I only knew about because da emailed this morning - I was awake at the time - so it didn't reach us down here - but my brother felt it while he was still at work (at 1am, as it was). Hope everyone's ok and there was no damage done, luckily no one got killed this time (to my knowledge).
Thirdly - I'm not going to comment on the fandom stuff that a lot of people seem to be talking about.
Finally - on a lighter note - I am going to either kill the house phone or the house mate who has unplugged it (and the plug is in her room so I can do nothing about it *sighs*) - it's doing the low battery warning thing (damn manufacturers thinking of things like the fact we want to know the battery's low - making said warning beep one of those you can hear no matter how loud your music is *pouts*)
