1. Seeing a Daniel/Carson fic that wasn't written by me!! (I shall continue to ignore the other one - cos those aren't happy thoughts)*hugs fififolle*
2. Moving into the new house and discovering the boy in the room next to me has much Sci-fi dvds (BSG s2 and 3!!)
3. Visiting Longleat - oh so many pretty animals - and getting to see the wolves!
4. The amount of reviews I got for my Pirate Day SG-1 fic *blushes*
5. Seeing charlies_dragon again after so long!
6. Watching the videos from Dragon con (ohmigod - Paul and Michael - next to it each other *coughs*)
7. Heroes Season 2
8. Hearing from rockboytoran for the first time in a while and being assured that yes he's still alive ;)
9. Hearing that my supervisor report from my Placement is good *dances*
10. Visiting Arran and Scotland in general again *loves*

Okay - so our internet is now sorted out in the house *dances* so hopefully I won't have any more issues getting online.

I've finished one of my ficathon pieces - but I'm still working on the other one reel_sg1 - much to my shame - I may end up only posting the stuff done so far - but we'll see (especially as it's late already *winces* - but there's a ten day grace period....)
I've also signed up for another challenge - due on the 20th oct - but I'm not going to say anything else about that - you'll just have to wait and see what it is *grins*

It's carson_daniel's 1st birthday friday *yay* and we do have a few members now - but not enough to make a huge thing of it - next year however, I plan to do a small collection of challenges :D

In other news - Nanowrimo - I have considered doing it a few times before, but never have - but as charlies_dragon is doing it I figured I would as well, to keep her company and ensure that at least one other person is also going insane. *g*
However - I can't decide what to do - it's going to be a 50,000 word novel (rather than ficlets) - but I'm not sure which of the plot bunnies to take up for it! So, my next post will be a poll - with a short description of the each of the ideas.
