A few Fic Recs

Okay -so have just finished reading this fic - and wow - how the hell have I missed it in my long searches for good carson fic???

Got to Get Out of This City by fififolle is a really good fic - all carson backstory, something that there really isn't enough of!
I also have to say that it's so nice to see the navy written well (my da and I had a long discussion about this and he concluded that people just can't write servicemen for the most part) - with the typical wide ranging regional personalities!

It's definitely worthy of that award nomination hun *hugs*

(and yes I got a weird thrill at seeing Brize Norton in the fic *g* - I can blame my da for that - these ex-servicemen and there stories *g*)


There were a lot of good Daniel Jackson/Elizabeth Weir fics written for sgasg1_ficathon which are well worth reading - as well as a single Daniel/Teyla (a pairing I've read once before and love the idea of!) :

soaked in the chill of a foreign sea by cinaed - it's a really lovely fic - told from both Daniel and Teyla's points of view.

And of course - the fic that fififolle wrote for me *loves* -

In Search of Normality is also well worth a read :D (it's Carson/Daniel - set during The Return)
